In this topic we will explain about dashboard permissions in BIMachine. All objects and folders have permissions, these are initially public and what defines the permission is the type of User you are (ADMINISTRATOR, EXPERT, EXPLORER or VIEWER).
When you want to give permission to certain users or user groups, all objects in your Tools menu have a permissions button ;
When you click the icon, a screen will open where you can choose to make the dashboard private;
After making the dashboard private, you can choose the type of permission for each user or group;
Once you have done this, simply click "Save" and your dashboard permissions will be changed.
