In order to improve security and performance in the BIMachine platform services, we have made changes to our infrastructure that may impact your analytical environment.
If you have a data source that is connected directly to our platform via IP, you must review your network access rules by 03/16/2023, performing the following actions:
- Remove the IP 18.232.13.67 from the authorized address list
- Add the IP 52.72.118.133 on the authorized address list
- Maintain the IP 52.73.180.182 in the list of authorized addresses
- Maintain the IP 52.202.51.184 in the list of allowed addresses
These settings can be performed in your firewall.
In this way the BIMachine platform will continue to communicate successfully with its data source. By performing these actions your data loads will continue to function correctly.
If this action is not taken by 03/16/2023, connectivity errors may occur between your data source and the BIMachine platform.
