Personal Folder: is the folder that only you can see. It exists per project and cannot be deleted, only what is inside this folder.
Folders: This menu is unique to folders and objects. It lists the folders you have created and their respective subfolders (if created).
Objects: in each folder and/or sub-folders are the created objects.
