KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is a management technique that facilitates the transmission of the company’s main information to its employees in a dynamic way. In this way, all employees at various hierarchical levels are involved in the mission of achieving the strategic targets set by the company.
And of course this tool could not be left out of the BIMachine platform.
Some examples of KPIs:
- Time to Market: Corresponds to the time it takes to launch a product, which begins when the concept is conceived and ends when it is available for sale.
- Lead Time: The length of time a given process takes.
- Stock Out: Indicates how many times or how many days a given product in stock reaches zero balance.
- Market Share: The share of the market that a given product has gained over a given period of time.
- Man-hour productivity: Number of units produced by each individual working in the company.
- Idleness: % of time a team, construction unit or machine is idle.
- Stock Turnover: Consumption (Issues)/Average Stock Balance.
Based on your business, we can put together the KPI that best suits your needs.
KPIs are objects just like analyses and maps, so you can add them to dashboards, Schedule Objects for Submission, etc.
(In the example we see KPIs dividing the dashboard with an analysis…).
