Internet Access
This error can occur in the following situations:
- The BIMachine application cloud server is without internet access;
- The Inbox environment has its internet connection blocked (On Premise environments only).
Possible Solutions
- Check our status page for the current application situation;
- Unlock the Inbox environment for internet access;
- Contact our technical support for help.
Access to the BIMachine servers
This error can occur in the following situations:
