Identifying database connectivity problems

Can’t connect your database to BIMachine successfully? This article can help you identify the main connection problems.

Internet Access

This error can occur in the following situations:
  1. The BIMachine application cloud server is without internet access;
  2. The Inbox environment has its internet connection blocked (On Premise environments only).

Possible Solutions

  1. Check our status page for the current application situation;
  2. Unlock the Inbox environment for internet access;
  3. Contact our technical support for help.

Access to the BIMachine servers

This error can occur in the following situations:
Test
Error
Access to the server on the port by Application Server (AS)
Your database server’s port access has not been released to our Cloud Application IP
Access to the server on the port by Task Service (TS)
The port access to your database server has not been released for our Data Warehouse IP
Application Server (AS) database access
Access to the database server has not been granted to our Cloud Application IP
Task Service (TS) database access
Access to the database server has not been granted to our Data Warehouse IP

Possíveis soluções

  1. The database needs to be available for the following IPs:
  • 52.72.118.133
  • 52.73.180.182
  • 52.202.51.184
2. Check our status page for the current application status;
3. Contact our technical support for help.
