Icons are a very versatile feature that allows us to perform on-click actions, that is, when we click on it a triggered action occurs. In this article, we explain in detail all the possibilities of actions available.
As you can see above, we can perform several actions with this functionality, among them are:
- Text: enter the text that will be displayed
- Set colors: change the color of the icon and the text
- Position: text positioning
- Font, size and style: text formatting customization
- On click action: here we have options to open links, to apply filters, and to open a platform object
These actions correspond to behaviors that can be used in order to make the BIMachine project flow better. An example of this is using icons to link to other dashboards, creating a much more organic transition for a user who is often not used to navigating the platform.
