To open a WhatsApp call with one of our representatives is very simple. Here’s how to do it.
Important
The response time via WhatsApp is up to 10 minutes, counting from the first response from the attendant. If the problem is not solved within this time, the service will be converted into a technical call. Learn more about technical calls by clicking here.
Under "Support Channels" click on "Chat with us via WhatsApp".
After clicking, a popup will appear. You can click "Contact Us" to chat on WhatsApp Web or you can scan the QR code with your phone to be forwarded to WhatsApp.
