When you open a ticket talking about a problem or a new feature, after the problem is identified or your suggestion is approved, a task is created. With the task number you can see if your calls were accomplished or not and they will be passed on to our support.
Note: the task number is not the same as the call number. Example: call #215, task #9501.
Just look for the task number in our documentation. If available, a Tool Version will be informed, as shown in the image below.
