Filter Prevalence
1 – Filters per user; ex: user A can only see goal attainment results of his own
2 – Global Filters; ex: in the cockpit, when you apply this filter, it applies the filter to all the cockpit tabs, except if the object does not have that member. ex: salesperson.
3 – Restrict Members: Displays only the configured members;
4 – Object Filters; e.g. apply the specific filter among those available for the object;
5 – Dashboard filter; it only works if it doesn’t have the others.

By selecting the position of the filters in the manage environment, the option becomes the project default when creating new objects, but will not change existing objects.

When you configure a user filter, the user can only see the member that was selected for him

Regular – Range: Allows the selection of a range of members;

Fixed Filter
Viewer users cannot change the members of a Fixed filter, only Admin and Expert users and Explorer.

Mandatory filter
Forces the user to apply the required filter in order for the objects to be displayed.

It only allows the application of existing filters in the Cockpit.

Filter Members
Display all members: System should display all existing members in the filter; Disable members without data: System should not allow the selection of members without data (blocks clicking on the member); Do not display members without data: System should not display members that do not contain data.

Restrict Members
Show only selected members: System should show only the members that the user has selected and apply the members when saving; Hide only selected members: System should hide only the selected members and apply the members when saving.
