What is NPS?

The NPS or Net Promoter Score is a research methodology developed to measure customer loyalty levels. BIMachine’s Net Promoter Score question is simple:
"How likely are you to recommend us as a supplier or business partner?"
The survey runs on our platform every 3 months, remembering that the answer is required so that the survey no longer appears on the user’s screen, returning after the period already mentioned.

How important is the survey to BIMachine?

User satisfaction is totally linked to user expectation, which is important at the time of sale, but achieving expectations throughout your journey with BIMachine is essential. 
From the moment we can measure user satisfaction and expectations, we can align the team, maintain a good relationship, and adjust processes. Our goal is to understand the users and, based on that, make the platform add more value to the business and maintain a good relationship. 
Outro ponto importante é nos mantermos próximos dos usuários a partir dessa pesquisa, deixando com que o usuário avalie da forma que achar necessário. Hoje nem todos os clientes possuem uma consultoria ativa, então de alguma forma precisamos entender o cenários desses clientes também.

BIMachine process flow with research

When we receive "low scores", from 0 to 6, we contact the user to understand the reasons that led him to give that score. With the user’s feedback, we are able to study possibilities to solve the situation or clarify doubts and procedures. 
Once the user’s situation is solved, we will analyze his next score, which will be after 3 months. If the grade is better, we understand that there was an increase in user satisfaction, otherwise we will do the whole process all over again.

How the survey is done

The survey will automatically appear in the lower right corner of your screen and you can only take it once. The survey is done in two steps. Check below how quick and easy it is to participate:
Step 1 – Select from 0 to 10 and click the submit button.
Step 2 – Afterwards, comment on your grade. Just type it in the text field and click the submit button again.
After you submit your comment, you will see a thank you message and your survey is complete! We count on everyone’s participation!
