What’s TOTVS Chef?
TOTVS Chef is a practical and dynamic management software that increases the performance and efficiency of bars, restaurants, bakeries, deliverys, nightclubs and much more. Controlling the entire operational flow of the business, optimizing service and organizing production.
With the BIMachine + TOTVS Chef integration you’ll be able to extract the various data from your system with just a few clicks. The BIMachine platform is responsible for managing the entire TOTVS Chef data flow and delivering it in a more intuitive and visual way.
Integration TOTVS Chef + BIMachine
To create a TOTVS Chef integration, access “Data and Integrations” in the icon "Manage environment".
When accessing the Data and Integrations environment, click the icon “+” , and then Data Source.
A popup will open, look for TOTVS Chef integration.
You will be redirected to the new data structure creating screen, and you must inform the name that this new structure will have and its description. With name and description filled in, click next.
On the next screen, enter the information listed below:
- User
- Pass
- Número Serial Loja
And select the type of integration you want to perform.

- Sales cover
- Commissions
- Payments
- Canceled items
- Invoice itens
- Discount
- Totalizador
