What’s Acelerato?
Acelerato is an online tool for communication, collaboration and productivity that has a help desk and project management module. It works from the opening of calls to the analysis of reports, allowing the manager to effectively visualize, monitor and assign tasks to his team.
With the BIMachine + Acelerato integrator you will be able to extract the various data from your system with just a few clicks. The BIMachine platform is responsible for managing the entire data flow of Acelerato and delivering it in a more intuitive and visual way.
Generating Acelerato Access Token
To gain access you must be an Acelerato user.
You must authenticate with your email and token. The token can be generated on your editing or user creation.
Creating the integration in BIMachine
To create a Acelerato integration, go to “Data and Integrations” under the “Manage Environment” icon.
When accessing the Data and Integrations environment, click on the “+” icon , and then Data Source.
A popup will open, look for Acelerato integration.
You’ll be redirected to the new data structure creation screen, and you must inform the name that this new structure will have and its description. With name and description filled in, click next.
On the next screen, enter the information below:
- User: user access email on the Acelerato plataform
- Pass: Access token generated in step above
And select the type of integration you want to perform.
Integrations
Integration with Acelerato brings two options:
- Calls
- Notes
