For ON PREMISE customers, your mobile device needs and must be configured to search for the cockpit locally, that is, in the application that is not in our Cloud model.
ON PREMISE: Our BIMachine application on a local server of your company (using the client’s internal infrastructure).
In this topic we will help you to configure your mobile device to search for information in your application. After downloading and installing the BIMachine APP on your device, run the application. Searching for this Icon.
When opening the login screen, click where it says "Add custom server".
When clicking on "Add custom server", a line will be displayed for you to fill in the internal server ip. Then, just fill in the username and password fields and click on "Login" to access your project, as shown in the image below.
