Customize access to your project with your own URL, for example:

Access control by connected devices, requiring 2-factor authentication. If the authentication fails, the device will be blocked. It also allows you to force password changes periodically.

Device control will control user access according to the device used for login. For example, John normally accesses through his personal notebook, if he tries to log in through another computer, 2-factor authentication will be required, where a code will be sent to John’s cell phone, he must then enter this code before being authorized. This way we guarantee that it is John who is logging in, and not a third party trying to use his account.

Changing passwords will allow you to set a password renewal period, where all users will be forced to change their access passwords. For example, you can set it to change passwords every 3 months, to make sure that there are no problems with password leaks.

Allows to set Dates and Hours that login is allowed per user or user group.

This functionality allows the configuration of time windows in which the access to the platform will be allowed. This restriction can be made in a general way for all users, individually or even by user groups. For example, you can limit the access of all users between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and for the commercial area group from 10am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

Limits access by geolocation, locking when there are accesses in very different geographic areas.

This feature allows you to configure the geographic regions in which access will be allowed, and can be done by user groups or individually. For example, you can limit that access can only be made from the state of São Paulo.

It generates information of all the traceability of who exported, when they exported and what they exported, also allowing password restrictions when exporting and opening PDF or EXCEL files.

This functionality tracks all the information that is exported from the platform to third-party applications (PDF, Spreadsheets, Whatsapp, etc.). The records allow you to identify which analytical view was exported, which user, date, time and approximate geolocation (by IP). This way you will have security and traceability in case of information leakage.

With this feature you can also set passwords to open exported files, ensuring that only authorized users have access to your data, even if they are not on the BIMachine platform.

The main point for activating this functionality is the security criterion, because in this format, when a person is disconnected from your company, you can easily avoid his/her access to all the information present in the BI and in the other systems in your company (which also have integration).

With visual management you can show your indicators in meetings, presentations, interactive dashboards, and more. This feature allows you to access your indicators directly from smart TVs, always showing up-to-date numbers.

This feature makes it possible to publish your dashboards to external environments (blog, websites, intranet, etc.) with security authentication.

With Publisher you can embed the analytical views of the BIMachine platform in any other application, website or device you want. You can choose between public formats, where anyone without authentication will be able to see the metrics and analysis, or private, where it is possible to perform an API integration, requiring user authentication to enable the visualization.

This feature allows you to share your views directly to your users’ Whatsapp, schedule automatic sending or instantly share the information.

This feature makes BIMachine work for you. It monitors the value updates of your metrics and warns you when any situation that needs attention or action occurs. You can receive notifications directly to your mobile device or email notifying you of the events, and then you can take action based on this.
