With the Traceability extension, all the information that is exported from the BIMachine platform will have a unique tracking code, and this code can be checked on the platform. For example, if someone receives information coming from BIMachine but is not sure where this share came from, it can be queried through its tracking code, and the platform will show who sent it, when, and to which recipients.
You can also enable watermarking, which will show the recipient of the document, i.e., if a scheduling or sharing is done for several people, each one will receive the same document, but with individual watermarks.
Enable
The extensions in BIMachine are additional paid features, so you need to enable them to start using them. Click on the icon as shown below and then choose the Traceability extension to enable. Learn more by clicking here.
