Transfer removed user’s personal folder
Although it is not recommended practice, it is common for users to use their personal folders as repositories for relevant analytical objects – many of which are linked to central project dashboards and cockpits. Previously, when removing a user in these conditions, the objects stored in their personal folder were lost, resulting in broken dashboards and compromised project integrity.
With the new functionality, it is now possible to automatically transfer all the objects in a user’s personal folder when they are removed. This action preserves important analytical content and ensures the continuity of dashboards and other related components, avoiding failures and rework. The functionality guarantees greater security and consistency in the process of maintaining users in the project.
Scheduling submissions via API
A new shipping option has been added to the platform: scheduling via API. With this functionality, it is now possible to trigger a scheduled send via a POST request to the API, which executes and carries out the send based on previously saved settings.
This improvement increases the flexibility of the information distribution process, allowing scheduling to be integrated with different automated flows or external systems, depending on the project’s needs. As a result, the sending of information now has a dynamic alternative that can be used in various integration and automation scenarios. Read more.
