We have redesigned the window to share objects

We have made changes to the dialog used to share objects and book. This feature comes from a series of efforts to standardize the windows in BIMachine, using new tecnologies. We have also added a HTML editor in the text message, which gives the user new possibilities.

We have added the amount of MB used by each scheduled update to the LOGS

We have added to the data structure update Logs how many Megabytes were consumed. Every administrator user will now be able to easily have access to this information.
This feature is part of our efforts on helping Project Administrators better manage their data architecture. We believe that this information will be crucial for better data structure update planning and therefore improve performance in projects with infrastructure errors.

We have redesigned the User Creation window

Also part of the effort to standardize and improve the technologies used, we have redesigned the user creation window.

Invalid Email blacklist

We have implemented a email validation system for the automated messages. From now on, if during a scheduled reporting session a specific e-mail is flagged as invalid, it will be added to an e-mail blacklist.
The user will be notified that his e-mail is temporarily blocked from receiving automated reports, by stating that his e-mail has been flagged as invalid and is present in the blacklist. It will be displayed as an alert near the user’s avatar.
During the creation of automated reports, in case a user have been temporarily blocked, it will marked as blocked.
