How to enable cookies in your browser

Some features of the platform may depend on the use of cookies. It is therefore important that cookies are enabled in your browser. Choose the browser you are using below and follow the instructions to enable cookies.

Enable cookies in:

• Internet Explorer
• Mozilla Firefox
• Safari
• Google Chrome

Internet Explorer

1. Go to the Start menu > Control Panel.
2. Click on Internet Options.
3. Go to the Privacy tab and click on Advanced.
4. Check Ignore automatic cookie handling.
5. Select Accept or Warn for first-party cookies and third-party cookies.
6. Click OK.

Mozilla Firefox

1. On Windows, click Tools > Options. On macOS, click Firefox > Preferences.
2. Go to the Privacy tab.
3. In the Firefox should: field, select Use custom settings for history.
4. Check Accept cookies from websites.
5. Also enable Accept third-party cookies and click OK.

Safari

1. On Windows, go to Tools > Preferences. On macOS, go to Safari > Preferences.
2. Go to the Privacy tab.
3. In the Block cookies option, select Never.
4. Close the settings and refresh the browser.

Google Chrome

1. Click on the three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner and go to Settings.
2. Go to Privacy and security.
3. Click on Cookies and other site data.
4. Select Allow all cookies.
5. Close the settings tab and reload the desired page.
