In the upper left corner of the Users and Groups screen we have recent activity:
You, the environment administrator, will have a view of the activities of all users. This tab is just a list of the latest events, so click on "All activities":
- With these filters you can find out "Who?" (project users) accessed, "What?" (list below the image), in the period (start and end date) you want.
- If you do not enter a filter (e.g. What: tool access), all options will be searched (this happens with the "Who?" and the periods).
- The "Filter activities without user" option is for activities like "loads at source" (which are scheduled).
- By clicking on the "Who?", "When?", etc. headers, the list is sorted by the column in question (in ascending or descending order).
- In the "search" field (above the "Where?" column) you can filter by a keyword.
The system records the following events: ("What?" option in the report).
- Accesses to the tool.
- Tool accesses (via Mobile).
- Project accesses.
- Loads in data sources.
- Accepted invitations.
- Invitations sent.
- Creation of intelligences.
- Creation of data sources.
- Unlocking accounts.
- Editing data sources.
- Deleting intelligences.
- Removing data sources.
- Viewing intelligences.
