The bug fix #4146 alters the behavior applied when a user is part of a user group that does not have access to a folder, whilst this user individually has access. Before the fix, the user would not be able to view de folder and its contents, due to the group restriction previously applied.
Now the user will be able to access the folder, since we altered the behavior of the permissions scheme to allow a user to have individual access while a group he is part of does not have permission.
